These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and subscriptions on Damar perfume’s website (https://damar.my). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms. Only customers over 18 years old may purchase.

Products

Damar perfume offers inspired fragrances available for single purchase or subscription. Products are for personal use only, and you must check ingredients before use. We may change or discontinue products without notice.

Reviews shown on our website are submitted by verified customers.

Orders & Account

Orders must be placed through our website. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation by email. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information.

An account is automatically created with your first order. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Prices & Payments

Prices include VAT and are displayed before checkout. Payments must be made by debit/credit card. You are responsible for keeping your payment details accurate and up to date.

Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled through your account at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address you provide within 4 days unless otherwise stated. Responsibility for products passes to you upon delivery.

If you fail to collect or accept delivery, the parcel may be returned to us. Delivery may be made in instalments if stock is limited.

Returns & Cancellations

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your products. Returns must be sent back in unused and undamaged condition. Some products, such as opened cosmetics, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned items, using the same payment method.

Faulty Products

If a product is defective, you may request repair, replacement, or refund. Claims must be made within 6 months of delivery.

We are not liable for business losses or events beyond our reasonable control. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
