Currently, we only ship within Malaysia.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.

Delivery to Northern Malaysia, Highlands, and Islands may take 1 extra day.

Dispatch & Processing

  • Orders before 12 PM (Mon–Fri) → dispatched the same day.
  • Orders after 12:30 PM (Fri–Sun) → dispatched on Monday.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), processing may take up to 48 hours.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email + SMS confirmation after placing your order.
  • Once shipped, you’ll get a dispatch email + SMS with a tracking link.
  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you can’t find the confirmation.

Cancelling an Order

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hour if not yet processed.
  • Contact us during business hours (9 AM–5 PM) at [email protected].

Missing Orders

  • Check your tracking link first. Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour.
  • Non-delivery claims must be reported within 7 days.
  • If confirmed undelivered, we will resend your order.

Damaged Orders

  • Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.
  • Do not dispose of the products until our investigation is complete.
